Meet the Senior Management

behind VitaNova Properties

From the beginning, Kim Vu and Bob Perussina had a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, and wanted to share their passion of real estate with others. In the past 6 years, they’ve have bought and sold over $27million of properties.  They have developed a solid foundation of real estate knowledge, the expertise necessary to navigate any transaction; and have the integrity to follow up on promises.

 

Early on, as they began to develop the company and carve their niche in the world of real estate, they quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee. So they decided to create a set of companies - where in collaboration with one another, they would offer a package of services under one large umbrella, known as “VitaNova Properties”.

Kim has been Business Owner operating 3 Service Businesses in the Bay Area during past 30 Years. She has been Real Estate investor for the past 14 years, and house flipper for the past 6  Years

ROBERT PERUSSINA

General Manager & Chief Financial Officer

Bob is a Business Owner, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and an Investment Advisor for the past 42 years.  He has been a Commercial Real Estate Investor for past 35 years and house flipper for 2.5 Years. He received his Bachelor’s Degrees from UC Berkeley in Environmental Biology and Economics. He performed his Post-Graduate at Wharton School of Business, West Coast campus, with an emphasis on finance and fiduciary standards.

CHRIS PERUSSINA

Director of Acquisitions

Chris has 13 years of experience in Financial Services marketing, social media and sales. He is President of Assured Wealth Advisors in Walnut Creek, CA. Prior to AWA,  he held a Regional Marketing position with Wealthvest, a national field marketing organization that supports the financial advisor industry.    Chris attended Butte College, holds a California Realtor's License and is a licensed Life Agent in California.

JEFFREY VU

Director of Sales & Project Marketing

Jeff is a licensed California Real Estate Agent with Winkler Real Estate Group in Albany, CA.  Jeff's Team was the top producing team in the office for 2022, closing over $65 million in new business. Prior to joining Winkler, he was a six-year veteran of the Hospitality Industry where he held various management positions. Jeff attended Chico State University studying Engineering and Project Management.

Investing with us also provides a win-win for the homeowner as well. With your cash funding, we can offer homeowners something that very few buyers can. We are helping sellers by purchasing their homes in their timeline -- in as little as 10-14 days. We have actually closed 2 properties in 3 days. Knowing that we’re going to renovate the home and we are buying in as-is condition is a very important factor to sellers who live in older, outdated homes, or those needing repairs. These sellers will also not be required to pay any attorney fees, closing costs, home warranties, inspection fees, realtor commissions, etc. We are not the perfect fit for everyone; but for the seller with the right motivation, these features are a necessity.
